Background: 

Doug founded Commodity Purchasing Solutions after working at varous levels of ascending responsiblitiy in commodities procurement for Nabisco Foods and Dunkin Donuts National DCP. He has pursued a career-long passion to lower food cost and risk for food companies, playing a key role in reducing and avoiding more than $1 Billion in food cost during his career.  Doug has a strong background in the hedging of coffee, vegetable oils, wheat and many other commodities.  His integrated knowledge of supply stream costs from farm to the consumer along with an advanced network of industry resources make him an excellent choice to help your food business.

Doug holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA from Villanova University.
