Doug Reed has pursued a career-long passion to lowering food cost risk for food companies. He has a strong background in the hedging of coffee, vegetable oils, wheat and many other commodities. His integrated knowledge of supply stream costs from farm to the consumer along with an advanced network of industry resources make him an excellent choice to help your food business.
Doug has an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA from Villanova University. He founded Commodity Purchasing Solutions after years of ascending positions in the commodity procurement business with Nabisco Foods and Dunkin Donuts National DCP.
